Stories of Ancient Sicily

This article is about a very passionate writer that I met surfing the ocean of data floating on Pinterest. Stella immediately caught my attention for her ability to tell ancient stories in a captivating way for modern readers. I decided to contact her in order to host her wonderful blog as part of #andreinaevito. Today we feature two of her articles that relate to our beloved #sicily.

The first is on Passum or Passito (as we call it today), a wonderfully sweet dessert wine that Sicilians produce to this day and enjoy with some biscuits or simply at the end of a meal.

The second article is on a titanic boat built at the time Siracusa was a great Greek colony and its vessels sailed through the Mediterranean.

We love Stella's articles and we hope to be able to publish more. We strongly recommend you check out her website. http://www.ancientworldalive.com

We totally agree with her that life needs to be filled with passions and love. We love Sicily and we are passionate to share with you these great ancient stories.
