Andreina e Vito make their own limoncello. We use only organic green lemons from the area around Catania. The limoncello is made by carefully peeling each lemon and leaving it to season in pure alcohol for weeks. Once the liquore is ready it is normally kept to rest for three months before it is served. Sold in bottles of 200 ml to give you more time to enjoy it. We called it Giorgio from the saint George protector of Modica, one of your favourite cities in Sicily.
